Allow me to introduce you to two of the most fantastic women I've had the pleasure of meeting whilst running this business.
On your left is Janelle, P.A to the Rocket Room and an amazing employee. All night I witnessed Janelle going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the patrons where not only having a good night, but were comfortable as well. Taking amazing care of the bands, and doing everything a good,...NO, great P.A should do. All in all it would have to be said that Janelle has earned an incredible 9/10 for a job well done ;)
Now I must introduce you to this out-standing lady. To your right, the infallible Georgina - Manager of The Rocket Room. This lady took no time in impressing me without so much as missing a beat. Professional, Well Presented, but most importantly did something this promoter has never seen before. Many times I've gone to venues and seen many managers doing a good job, but always, their concern extends as far as the front door. but last night, I was lucky enough to meet Georgina. While talking with me about various aspects of my business and what I do, Georgina very politely excused herself to assist two young ladies who found themselves in the company of someone who was, to say the least, less than a gentle man. It was a refreshing change to see a manager take an interest in everything that happens, both inside, and outside the venue they are responsible for. 10/10 Georgina.
Now as for the venue itself. The Rocket Room. I must say, if your looking for a good night out where you can really relax and enjoy good live entertainment in a comfortable atmosphere. You shouldn't go past The Rocket Room. Situated next to the VooDoo Lounge. This awesome venue does not disappoint. A perfectly decorated interior provides the perfect place to just sit back and let your hair down. The bar staff are very polite and fantastic at their job making you feel right at home. you may just find yourself wanting to make it your new local. Security is on the ball at all times and non confrontational, which only adds to the welcoming charm of the place. It is this promoters opinion that The Rocket Room merits no less than 10/10. You can bet your sweet A** i'll be going back for many years to come.
