The story of The Creptter Children
begins in late 2005, Perth Australia.
Introduced to each other by a mutual friend at a metal show, Iballa and N8OR
discussed their love for electronic music and how they both would like to
create a mixture of the Electro, Pop, Rock, Goth genres. Immediately they hit
it off and formed The Creptter Children.
With a stage performance and sound that they are renown for, The Creptter
Children audiences are treated to a non-stop, high energy and vibrant show that
has been described as “spectacular and fresh”.
Influenced by artists such as Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Nirvana, Dr. Dre,
Michael Jackson, Prince, Britney Spears, Jack Off Jill and Lil’ Jon The
Creptter Children have always found inspiration to find new and exciting ways
to mix sounds from different genres to create their unique sound of Pop/
Rock/Electro/Goth.

I’m Iballa Chantelle the leading lady of
'The Creptter Children'. I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old and
began writing music in my early teens. By the age of 15 I was performing in bands
and have continued to do so for over 9 years. I started The Creptter Children
in late 2005 with guitarist and synths programmer N8or.
As a song writer I like to discuss many issues and stories about this world. I
also like to write music in relation to myself and my experiences in life.
When it comes to my life-style I’m an eccentric person. I shower with no light
and take pleasure in doing most things in the dark. I'm a bit of a vampire and
love having sickly white skin. The sun scares me and I usually walk around with
a parasol when I'm outdoors.
My favorite hobbies include collecting figurines and sinister dolls in coffins.
I also love taking photos of grave yards and turning them into works of art.
I'm obsessed with vampires, skulls, spirits, shoes and boots with massive soles
and mainly dark and creepy things. I make and design all my clothes.
People often ask me about the name ‘Creptter’. Well it’s a word I created, the
idiom The Creptter Children came as a premonition in a dream I had years ago.
It means spiritually evolved, the abilities that lay among us all to be
spiritually aware, physic and our powers to better ourselves and this world.
I’m not scary to be around, I love meeting new faces and being friends with one
and all. I also love animals and believe strongly in animal rights. I have a
naughty pet goat named Billie, she loves jumping onto tables and eating my
food! I get really upset with humans who hurt innocent creatures, I don't like
cruelty to animals.
